Traditions is an impressive professional organization. The one thing that stands out to us is that they have very low turnover within their management staff. My four years working with them I have worked with the same management team since the beginning.
The one milestone that stands out to me is that they operate one of the highest volume units of all IHOPs.
You could not find a more committed organization to deliver your brand standards consistently; they are the best and set very high standards for other franchisees to follow.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long has Traditions been in business?
Traditions was founded in 2007. We have grown from a single casino floor beverage operation to managing 17 venues with 37 restaurant concepts and four hotels. Our team has grown to more than 1,200 employees across Oklahoma.
Where does Traditions operate?
Currently, all of our operations are in Oklahoma, including properties along the Texas border and the far reaches of the Oklahoma panhandle – near Colorado, Kansas and New Mexico. We are actively exploring opportunities in Texas, neighboring states and beyond. Our systems and team are built to scale into new markets.
What makes Traditions different from national operators?
At Traditions, we stay involved. Large national operators often send impressive executives for contract negotiations, then hand off management to local staff with minimal oversight. Our leadership team maintains direct relationships with every partner and visits all of our properties regularly. When you call us, you get decision-makers, not a call center. Our 19-year relationship with the Chickasaw Nation speaks to this approach.
